Day 1 cont.

Well I actually went back yesterday to complete my workout requirements for the day. Thank the gods that Heroes was playing on the tv or I don’t know if I could’ve taken it. I need to do some major revamping of my ipods playlist, you know, upbeat songs that I can sing along with and that are full of rage. A little NIN, Audioslave or Offspring perhaps? Anyway, here are how things stand at the moment:

I walked at a pace of 2.7 to 3.0
I walked for 50 minutes, not 50 min 07 sec, exactly 50 minutes
I walked 2.3ish miles
