End of week 4

In spite of my lack of desire to workout this week I lost some weight. Five (5) pounds to be exact and I’m pretty happy about it. I won’t know what the inches lost result is until later, probably Monday, but I’ll post that when I know. In the meantime here are my results at the end of week 4:

Starting Weight: 301
Current Weight: 287
Total Weight Lost: 14 pounds!
