my diet vs. the weekend

I spent the bulk of this past weekend feeling vaguely ill.  I woke up Saturday morning with a sore throat and it just got worse throughout the day.  By Saturday night I was feeling pretty poorly and so Sunday I spent the entire day reading in bed or watching TV on the couch.  As a result I had a terrible calorie burn.  I mean really bad.  I also was at home all that time… with my refrigerator and I made myself comfortable with it’s contents.  It’s funny how I eat so much more when I’m at home.  During the week I don’t have too much trouble keeping my caloric intake low but then comes Friday night and the weekend.  I need to find things to do on the weekend so I’m not at home with my fridge.  If anyone out there has some ideas…

On another note I’m feeling a bit better now.  Just in time for water aerobics week!  ;-D

    I have an idea. Come to my house on the weekends. I never cook or shop, so no food to eat and lots of cleaning you can do for me! Ash would love it, you could help her plan her outfits for the week and all that girly stuff.

    The ills must be going around. I got really dizzy in class last night (embarrassing as I had to be helped off the court AND I nearly vomited). I’ve been home all day dealing with delayed vomit. UGH.

    I have the same issue with my fridge. My strategy (not that it works) is to have nothing in the fridge and have to go out to get something. This has led to lots of fast food, but has, at times, also kept me from eating anything. I need help here too. I’ll look forward to advice from your other readers. 🙂
