before and after pics

Here are my before and after pictures from the Ulitmate Loser 10 week competition.  I lost 29.3 pounds in 10 weeks.  Aside from “after” being a better picture (note the hair and arms) I’m not sure there is that much difference!

    I see a difference! I also thought there wasn’t much difference in my pictures — until I looked closely at the swimsuit versions. There I could see a difference.

    Are you high? Look at your tummy or rather the lack there of. Well, actually just look at the photo. You look incredible. How are your clothes fitting? I think that is the real test. Especially when you can fit into those pants that were just a bit too tight at one point. There is also a difference in the way you carry yourself and how great you look! Loralee hit it when she used the word glowy. I am thrilled for you and you look AMAZING! 29.3 pounds in 10 weeks! You worked so hard and look at how great you look! I can’t wait to see the next photo.
